Ingredients
- Corn-starch Slurry: 1 1/2 tablespoons corn-starch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 250 ml canned pineapple juice
- 165 g packed light brown sugar
- 85 ml Mr Chen’s Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce

Method
In a small saucepan make corn-starch slurry.
Add remaining ingredients, whisking constantly until mixture is heated through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favourite Mr Chen’s dumplings.
