Ingredients
- Mr Chen’s Bao Buns
- Mr Chen’s Panko Crumbs
- 6 chicken strips
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- Half a cup of oil
Asian slaw:
- 1/4 red cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 white cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 fennel, sliced
- 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp lime juice

Method
Dip chicken strips in flour then egg and then panko crumbs, repeat the process with all the pieces.
Heat up oil in a pan, place chicken on the pan on a medium heat and cook on each side for about 3-4 min.
For asian slaw mix all the ingredients together.
Steam Mr Chen’s bao buns according to the pack instructions.
Mix kewpie mayo and lime juice.
Assemble by placing chicken into the bao followed by the mayo and the slaw.
