JUST ADD:

200g thinly sliced beef
1 cup vegetables
Been shoots and Vietnamese mint

3 SIMPLE STEPS:

Step 1: Heat both sachets of my fragrant Pho soup in a medium saucepan with 400ml of water until boiling.

Step 2: Add rice noodles, herbs sachet and beef slices to boiling soup for 5 minutes.

Step 3: To serve: Divide noodles and beef between serving bowls, pour over the hot broth and top with crunchy bean shoots and fresh herbs.

 

Rice Noodles (19%): Rice Flour, Water.

Beef Pho Soup (80%): Water, Salt, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Onion Powder, Soy Sauce Powder (Salt, Maltodextrin, Defatted Soybean), Celery, Long Coriander, Mint Leaf, Artificial Beef Flavour, Turmeric Powder, Cinnamon, Clove, Paprika Colour (E160C).

Spice Pack (1%): Dried Cabbage, Dried Spring Onion.
