Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan. Do not defrost. Space gyoza apart & add 100mL water. Cover & steam for 4-5 minutes. Uncover & add 1tbsp of oil. Fry on medium heat until bottoms are golden brown.
Set air fryer to 190°C. Place product into air fryer in a single layer. Spray product liberally with vegetable oil. Air fry for 8-12 minutes (turning once) or to preferred level of crispness. Cook in batches for greater quantities.
Based on 900W microwave. Place 5-10 frozen pieces in a microwave safe container with water (1 tbsp per 2 pieces). Cover and heat for 3½ minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and serve.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and dig in!
