TO PREPARE
Soak: Place vermicelli noodles in warm water for 2 minutes. Drain. Immerse rice paper sheet in a bowl of warm water for 5 seconds, then place on a damp tea towel to roll immediately.
ROLL:
SERVE: With dipping sauce.
Rice Paper: Tapioca Flour (80%), Rice, Salt.
Fine Vermicelli: Rice (99.5%), Salt.
Hoisin Peanut Sauce: Rice (47%), Soy, Peanut (15%), Sugar, Sesame Oil, Corn Starch, Garlic, Salt, Preservatives (621, 211, 202, 1422).
