• Prawn Hargow - Plump, juicy prawns delicately wrapped in silky, soft pastry.

• Ginger Prawns – Zesty ginger and real prawn pieces in Chinese wonton pastry.

• Shao Mai – A flavourful seafood fusion in traditional wonton pastry.

STEAM:

Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes. Serve with a selection of sauces for even more variety.

BOIL:

Do not defrost. Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.

SERVE:
