PAN FRY: Do not defrost. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, dumplings and half a cup of water in a nonstick pan. Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Remove cover and cook until crispy.
STEAM: Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.
BOIL: Do not defrost. Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Filling 60%: Pork (46%), Cabbage, Prawn (7%), Onion, Salt, Sugar, Ginger, Spring Onion, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Pepper.
Pastry 40%: Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil (Contains Soy), Salt, Tapioca Starch.
