EGGPLANT & MISO DUMPLINGS
SILKY EGGPLANT AND MOREISH MISO. VEGETARIAN GYOZA PERFECTION.
Anyone who says vegetarian food can't be hearty, hasn't tried my gyoza. We've married the delicious Japanese flavours of slow-cooked silky eggplant with the deep savoury notes of miso. All wrapped up in a delicately thin gyoza pastry - try them fried crispy and golden, or steamed silky smooth. Even meat lovers will delight in the rich flavours of this vegetarian variety, so be sure to get enough for everyone.

PAN FRY: Do not defrost. Add gyoza and 100ml of water to pan. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes. Uncover, add 1tbspn of oil and fry on medium until bottoms turn golden brown.
STEAM: Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 7-9 minutes.
DEEP FRY: Do not defrost. Add enough oil to pot. Heat the oil and deep fry frozen gyoza for 4-5 minutes.
Filling 60%: Eggplant (25%), Onion, Water, Water Chestnut, Miso Paste (Soy Bean, Water, Rice, Salt) Soy Oil, Garlic, Sweet Bean Paste (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Soy Bean), Sugar, Ginger, Spring Onion, Salt, Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder.
Pastry 40%: Wheat Flour, Salt, Soy Oil, Water.
