PAN FRY: Do not defrost. Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté on medium heat for 4 minutes. Add 5-6 tablespoons of water to pan and cover with lid. Steam another 4 minutes until dumplings are cooked.
STEAM: Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 12 minutes
