JUST ADD:
200g green prawns
1 cup vegetables
Bean shoots and Vietnamese Mint
3 SIMPLE STEPS:
Step 1: Heat both sachets of my fragrant Laksa soup in a medium saucepan with 400ml of water until boiling.
Step 2: Add noodles, herbs sachet and prawns to boiling soup for 3 minutes.
Step 3: To serve: Divide noodles and prawns between serving bowls, pour over the hot broth and top with crunchy bean shoots, mint and sliced chilli.
Hokkien Noodles (33%): Water, Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Salt, Turmeric Powder.
Laksa Soup (66%): Coconut Milk, Water, Lemongrass, Galangal, Shallot, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Garlic, Ginger, Tamarind Paste, Dried Chilli, Dried Shrimp, Red Chilli, Modified Corn Starch, Fresh Turmeric.
