Pour the sachet of my rich ramen broth into a medium saucepan, add 500mL of water and heat until boiling.

Remove the ramen noodles and dried vegetables from the packaging and add to boiling soup, along with pork slices and vegetables. Boil for 5 minutes.

Serve in a bowl topped with hard boiled egg.
