Bring water to boil in steamer. Brush oil on base of dumplings and steam for 10 minutes.
Drizzle oil in water and bring to boil Boil dumplings for 8-10 minutes.
Heat oil until hot and cook product for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water, cover and leave in pan for 6-7 minutes.
