CHICKEN & LEMONGRASS DUMPLINGS

BOIL:
Do not defrost. Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes
STEAM:
Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.
PAN FRY:
Do not defrost. Heat 1tbspn of oil, dumplings and half cup of water in a nonstick pan. Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Remove cover and cook until crispy.
SERVE:
Serve with soy sauce and dig in!
