CHICKEN & CHIVE DUMPLINGS

STEAM:
Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.

BOIL:
Do not defrost. Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.

PAN FRY:
Do not defrost. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, dumplings and half cup of water in a nonstick pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Remove cover and cook until crispy.

SERVE:
Serve with soy sauce and dig in!

 

FILLING 60%: Chicken (25%), Chive, Onion, Salt, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar.

PASTRY 40%: Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Salt.
